GeoMAT Site is a helpful website made for Geodetic Engineers to share, access, and manage survey data and projects in the Negros Island Region in the Philippines. Its goal is to make work easier by giving engineers a single place online where they can work together, find important documents, and upload field data. By using modern technology, GeoMAT Site helps improve teamwork, save time, and support better geodetic work in the region.

            The idea for GeoMAT came from the experiences of Geodetic Engineering students from NORSU during their on-the-job training (OJT). As part of their thesis, they saw how hard it was for engineers to get the data they needed. Usually, they had to visit government offices or private survey firms, which took a lot of time and money. GeoMAT was made to solve this problem by offering a digital tool that makes it easier to find data, reduce manual work, and help engineers work more efficiently.
